What I enjoy most about working at Easytrip Transport Services is the positive and supportive work environment. The teamwork and camaraderie with my colleagues make every day enjoyable, and I appreciate the dynamic interactions with customers. Helping them find the best solutions and building strong relationships adds a sense of fulfillment to my role.

The transition from EGIS to 360Pay has presented some challenges. However, by working closely with customer support, sales support, finance, and other departments, I’ve been able to navigate these challenges effectively. Collaboration and open communication have been key in finding solutions and ensuring a smooth experience for our (t-customers.

One of my proudest moments at Easytrip Transport Services was helping a customer who faced €18,000 in Belgian fines. Through deep research and close collaboration with Customer Care, we managed to have all fines completely wiped. It was a great achievement and an excellent example of teamwork, problem-solving, and dedication to customer service.

The onboarding event in Paris and the various company outings have been incredible experiences. They’ve helped build strong connections with colleagues and made working at Easytrip even more enjoyable. But to be honest, what I enjoy most is the everyday teamwork and collaboration with my colleagues—it makes every workday engaging and fun.

As an Account Manager, my main motivation is helping my customers as much as possible. Providing excellent service makes a real difference, and it’s rewarding to receive positive feedback from both new and existing customers. Additionally, as a Sales Professional, I’m driven by achieving my goals and contributing to the company’s success.

The growth and learning opportunities this job offers excite me the most. Dynamism at work is something that I personally like and enjoy. The team in the office and the relationships with colleagues in our primary office also have a great impact on positivity at work.

One of the biggest challenges was at the very beginning when I didn’t know exactly how the programs and systems worked. With help from my colleagues in our office and from other offices, I managed to learn and improve my performance at work, which in the end proved to be effective, and now we have more customers working with Easytrip.

Each time I help a customer solve their problem regarding tolls, invoices, or something else, it is a small accomplishment that I am always proud of.

There have been many fun experiences in these almost four years that I have been at Easytrip. But if I have to mention one, it would certainly be the Belgrade Fair 2022, where we met many Easytrip customers, had a lot of fun, and mingled with our customers and colleagues from different companies.

One of my biggest challenges was managing tight deadlines during peak times. To overcome this, I learned to prioritize tasks more effectively.

One moment I’m particularly proud of is achieving my goals related to reducing the outstanding items on my accounts receivable list. By focusing on timely collection of overdue payments and maintaining clear communication with clients, I was able to significantly shorten the list and meet important deadlines. This not only improved the cash flow but also built more trust with management, as I successfully met the financial target.

One of the most enjoyable experiences was a team-building event we had, which involved an active challenge. It was a great way to bond with colleagues in a non-work setting, and we had a lot of laughs. It also helped build stronger communication skills that we’ve applied back at work.

What I enjoy most about working at Easytrip Transport Services is my supportive team, where everyone works hard, has a big heart, and is always there for one another. I believe we are currently facing our biggest challenge – the transition to 360 PAY. From a marketing perspective, it is a fascinating and rewarding experience, particularly when it comes to brand harmonization. It’s a complex but fulfilling process.

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, one of the most fulfilling moments for me is when I plan a campaign from start to finish and then analyze its results. Seeing how effective it was, especially in generating promising new leads, makes me feel proud.

I love meeting my colleagues in person! Since I work remotely, every in-person event, from team-building activities to end-of-year gatherings or marketing department meetings, is something I truly enjoy. It’s always nice to catch up with everyone.

What motivates me the most at Easytrip Transport Services is seeing that my work delivers real results. It’s also inspiring to see others so committed to their work – it makes collaboration even more rewarding. Additionally, personal meetings with my manager give me a great motivation boost.

I have been at Easytrip for many years, and I work in the VAT team in Cesena. I am very involved with my team and happy to be part of it. We often discuss different types of problems and always manage to find the best solutions. Furthermore, the work I do excites and satisfies me.

The changing programs and software are challenges that I have overcome thanks to my team and the tutorials provided, and they continue to improve the efficiency of my work on a daily basis.

Every time a claim is successful, and the amount is paid to the customer by a foreign country, I feel proud of it. There is a very important client with a lot of work because he has several companies in his group. After several weeks of effort, we found a solution, and this company continues to receive the amounts quarterly from the French state.

In 2023 I was invited to take part in the VAT seminar in Bratislava. It was a very pleasant experience, which gratified me and allowed me to get to know better my foreign colleagues.

The relationship between customer trust and fast service is the reason I always do my best at Easytrip.
