As member of the Management Team he actively contributes to strategic discussions that impact the broader goals of the company. His role includes working on projects such as supporting the company’s transition to 360 PAY and implementing modern tools like the new Factorial HR system, which optimizes workflows and create efficiencies. Each year, Jeroen and his team focus on interesting projects to modernize and streamline processes, creating a better working environment for everyone.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day HR operations, she manages recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes, ensuring a positive experience for all team members. From a global perspective, she is also responsible for driving learning and development initiatives to foster continuous growth and skill enhancement. Collaborating closely with the HR team, they focus on cultivating a people-centric culture, implementing strategic improvements, and leading initiatives that support the ongoing development of teams.
Maria-Veronica is a dedicated HR Business Partner at Easytrip Transport Services, managing HR operations for employees across Italy, Spain, and France.
