Maria-Veronica is a dedicated HR Business Partner at Easytrip Transport Services, managing HR operations for employees across Italy, Spain, and France. Her journey into HR began after a degree in communication and five years of professional experience as journalist that sparked her interest in working with people. This led her to pursue a master’s degree specializing in HR. Maria-Veronica is inspired by the human side of her work, always striving to connect meaningfully with others, even when delivering difficult news.
In recruitment, she takes a thoughtful and engaging approach, clearly communicating expectations while creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for candidates. She uses humour and light conversation to put applicants at ease, ensuring the process is positive for everyone involved.
Maria-Veronica believes Easytrip’s strength lies in its people, describing the team as “awesome, kind, and committed.” She credits the HR team with fostering a culture where employees are not only skilled and passionate about their roles but also sensitive, open, and helpful—qualities she observed from the very start during onboarding.
Outside of work, Maria-Veronica recharges through a variety of creative and adventurous activities. From cooking, home makeovers, and redecorating to traveling and organizing events, she thrives on creativity. She also delights in surprising her friends with thoughtful gestures, staying updated on the latest news, and indulging her nerdy side with a love for movies and comics.
