Dear Valued Customer,
We hereby would like to inform you that Easytrip BV made a general review of its general Terms & Conditions.
The changes have been made in compliance with applicable regulations and with the purpose of harmonizing the application of Easytrip’s General Terms and Conditions towards all of our customers.
If you signed up “Transpass/VIT/ Trans Finance general terms and conditions 24042014” applicable to all legal relationships with Transpass BV, Versluis International Taxes BV and Trans Finance BV, or the subsequent “General terms and conditions of supply of Easytrip BV with business address in Dordrecht” issued in 2021 (hereinafter referred to as “2021 T&C”), then the “General terms and conditions of supply of Easytrip BV with business address in Dordrecht” (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) issued in 2024 and currently in force, will apply as of the effective date, defined here below.
General updates were implemented in 2024 to improve our services and the updated articles, compared to the 2021 T&C are articles 1, 3 and 17.
These updated T&Cs will take effect, for all customers, from 1st August, 2024.
If you choose not to accept the updated T&Cs, you can withdraw from the contractual relationship with immediate effect and without giving any prior notice to Easytrip within the term of 30 days from 1st August 2024, otherwise the updated T&Cs will automatically apply.

We hereby would like to inform you that Easytrip S.p.A. made a general review of its “General terms and conditions of supply of Easytrip S.p.A with business address in Cesena” (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”), with the purpose of harmonizing the applicable terms and conditions to all of its customers.
Kindly note that, comparing with the previous version of the T&Cs, articles 1,3,13 and 17 have been amended and that these updated T&Cs will take effect, for all customers, from 1st August, 2024.
